GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS GH ROGAŠKA LOYALTY CLUB

1. LOYALTY PROGRAM GENERAL INFORMATION

The aim of the loyalty program of the GH Rogaška Loyalty Club is to allow guests of the Grand Hotel Rogaška**** SUPERIOR, who enrol in the program to take advantage of the benefits described below.

2. DEFINITIONS

GH Rogaška Loyalty Club: the trademark (verbal and figurative) is owned by the real estate company SLKI d.o.o., the organizer of the loyalty program and the owner of accommodation facilities within GH Rogaška****SUPERIORparticipating in this program. SLKI d.o.o. is a real estate company that, as the main entity in the implementation of the program, guarantees the rights determined by the program, demands the responsibility of its members, and/or offers other guarantees to the members.

Program: The GH Rogaška Loyalty Club is a loyalty program organized by SLKI d.o.o. All copyrights in this program are the sole property of the real estate company SLKI d.o.o.


Customer: a customer who has not yet joined the program and accepted the program’s general terms and conditions.


Member: a customer that has joined the program and agreed to its general terms and conditions.

 3. TERMS OF MEMBERSHIP

Any adult can participate in the program by filling out the necessary information on the application form at the reception desk of the accommodation facility or online. To become a member, the client must provide the required information and complete the application form. The program membership is free. A member may cancel his or her membership in the program at any time by providing written notice. With this, the customer exits the program, permanently ending the member’s relationship with the GH Rogaška Loyalty Club program and terminating all benefits associated with program membership.

4. BENEFITS PROVIDED BY THE PROGRAM

Members are entitled to discounts and benefits after registering for the program. Members are entitled to discounts of up to 10% (subject to availability) on online bookings at www.rogaska-resort.com at the lowest possible accommodation price. Members are also entitled to special offers, which are published on their online profile at www.rogaska-resort.com on a regular basis.

At the e-mail address provided in the application, club members will receive information on current offers and promotions, relevant promotional materials, satisfaction/quality questionnaires, and other questionnaires related to the user experience in the Grand Hotel Rogaška****SUPERIOR facilities.
Club members have the right to unsubscribe from receiving such notifications at any time.

5. DISCOUNTS AND OFFERS FOR MEMBERS ON THE WEBSITE
Members are entitled to discounts and benefits after registering for the program. When booking online, members are entitled to discounts on the lowest possible accommodation price. Members are also entitled to special offers, which are published on their online profile at www.rogaska-resort.com on a regular basis. Without prior notice, SLKI d.o.o. reserves the right to change or cancel discounts and favourable price lists (subject to availability). One member can generate a discount for a maximum of five accommodation units.

6. PROTECTION AND PROCESSING OF PERSONAL DATA OF GH ROGAŠKA LOYALTY CLUB MEMBERS

All personal data that you provide to us will be carefully protected, processed, and handled in accordance with the GDPR and national data protection legislation.

By entering personal data on the website and filling out the field relating to consent to the use of personal data (i.e. by entering a tick in this field), or by entering personal data on the written application form and signing the statement relating to consent to the use of personal data, a member of the club gives his personal consent that the controller of personal data, i.e. company SLKI d.o.o., Zdraviliški trg 11, 3250 Rogaška Slatina, Slovenia, establishes, collects, manages, uses, processes, and stores all personal data relating to him and which are or become known within the membership of GH Rogaška Loyalty Club for the purpose of providing marketing services, promotional activities, including direct marketing and conducting business analysis and research of individual shopping habits. The club member also agrees and gives personal consent for the personal data controller to use for personal marketing purposes all personal data relating to him that are or have become known to the controller in the course of business, except sensitive personal data.
Personal data will be processed both within and outside the EU. Each member may, at any time and without explanation, require the controller to permanently or temporarily cease the use of his personal data and data on purchases made by sending a written application to the address of the personal data controller or by e-mail to: [email protected]. In this case, the controller will prevent the use of personal data and purchase data for the stated purposes within 15 days of receiving the request and will notify the requesting club member within five days of receiving the request.

 7. APPLICABLE LAW IN LEGAL MATTERS

Slovenian law is used to assess the legal relations between SLKI d.o.o. and a club member.

8.LOYALTY PROGRAM NOTICES

Members of the GH Rogaška Loyalty Club can access all program information on the website www.rogaka-resort.com. All membership-related questions and notifications of changes in personal data or any other data relevant to membership should be sent to the e-mail address [email protected] or via the online form.
